Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 5.x • Unable update past 4.4

I cannot update due to error

Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from.

At one point it was memory error limit. I think I fixed that but not sure now that have this result

I have not had this on any other of may sites but cannot get past this to move to J5
