Create this in Cassiopea is not a problem if you have CSS skills. If you do not have skills, use another template that has this on board from the box. For example, Helix Ultimate has a mega menu from the box.But even with Helix Ultimate you will need some changes in CSS to do everything as you want.
Therefore, this is the advice - study HTML/CSS and you will have no boundaries in creating the appearance as you want, in any template.
However, if you want to stay with Cassiopea and to get help with CSS, create the menu subitems, add images to them in their settings and provide the URL. Only then someone can help you here.
